offset and orientation now allow optional nbt to further specify an item offset and orientation now allow optional x and y axis offset/rotation
…sed with reading from the config file rather than storing a setting upped the required Java for mixins.

Same as #24 it closes #19 but for 1.21.0 - premerged for you!
